Built around hot flashes, night sweats, sleep disruption and mood changes after periods have stopped.
Balance combines nine botanicals, including red clover, sage, St. John’s Wort, shatavari and lemon balm.

Your Trio ritual

2. Scoop
Add 1 tablespoon of your selected loose-leaf blend to your mug or infuser.
3. Steep
Pour over hot water and follow the preparation directions on your selected blend’s pouch.
