Ordering, Shipping & Returns

  • A: We currently ship across Canada and the U.S. We’re looking to expand to international shipping soon. Stay tuned.

  • A: Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. Delivery times range from 3–10 business days depending on your location.

  • A: Due to the nature of consumables, we don’t accept returns on opened tea. If something’s wrong with your order or you’re not satisfied, please reach out and we'll always make it right.
